Brookes Restaurant

As a commercial restaurant, Brookes Restaurant is amongst the finest in Oxford. The modern, spacious restaurant won a design award in 1999 and is as suitable for an intimate dinner as it is for a large corporate lunch or private party. The restaurant is managed by dedicated professional staff who are passionate about the food and wine they prepare and serve.

As a teaching resource, the restaurant provides hospitality management students in the Oxford Brookes University Business School with state of the art facilities. Students get the opportunity to learn, develop and demonstrate their kitchen and restaurant skills.

Brookes Restaurant was also one of the three winners in the 'Best Cheap Eats' category of the Observer Food Monthly awards. This is a prestigious award of which we are very proud.

Brookes Restaurant is based at the department of Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Management department at the Headington campus.
